Adam is a seasoned systems engineer and architect with deep expertise in BMC Control-M and mission-critical batch scheduling. He also loves to dive whenever possible.
Over a career spanning financial services and consulting, he has designed and delivered resilient, disaster-ready environments, led global scheduling transformations for international banks, and earned BMC’s Best Practice Award.
Adam is known for his ability to combine rapid problem analysis with pragmatic engineering to boost reliability, cut costs, and keep services running smoothly.

Mike Braithwaite
Mike is a global workload-automation and IT operations specialist and keen cyclist. With 28+ years in service delivery, operations and transformation across blue-chip and public-sector environments, he turns vision into execution, placing customer outcomes and value as central to his ethos.
He’s held senior roles across finance, healthcare, infrastructure and government, including Bank of England, Network Rail, Experian UK and NHS Digital.
An active voice in the automation community, at IA 2025, he presented practical guidance on building smarter IT operations, and will also be speaking at 2026’s IA event.
