Ortom8 restricts access to the Control-M portal to an approved list of IP addresses, the portal is not publicly visible. Multifactor authentication is enforced for authorised users. Customer data remains within the customer environment, with databases, storage, and network traffic encrypted. Certificates are stored locally and are not shared externally.
